Domestic Abuse


If you are experiencing domestic abuse there are people and organisations that can help and provide refuge and safety if needed.

All my online group coaching session Coaches are trained in supporting you through a toxic relationship breakup. You can also choose a Coach with this specialist training on my Coaching Hub for a 1-1 session.

IN AN EMERGENCY

Do not hesitate to call the emergency services immediately if you’re scared or fear for your safety. If you can’t leave the house, take yourself to a room where you can discreetly call the police or a trusted person for help.
