One-to-One Coaching

Our Coaches are experts in breakup, divorce and domestic abuse, so they understand the emotional roller coaster and specific practical challenges that your employees will be experiencing. We listen to their unique situations and tailor our advice to help them cope better. Our Coaches have a wide range of tools and techniques that are designed to create rapid transformations from the very first session.

As breakup specialists we can enable employees to take more control of their emotions and provide effective methods for them to maintain productivity, clarity of mind and a positive focus. As we navigate the breakup or divorce process alongside them employees feel supported and not alone. They have answers to their questions and time outside of the workplace to process negative emotions in a safe, confidential environment

  • I am almost 23 months post separation. My divorce was March this year. I will never forget or not be grateful for the support you all gave me at HH. I have just moved into my new home that is mine. The energy here is calm, safe and peaceful. You all encouraged me to focus on myself and my needs and my hopes for the future. You all told me now is my time. At that time I can remember breaking down at a complete loss as to how this was even possible. I was so trauma bonded and co-dependent on my ex-husband I could never imagine the life I have now for myself. I am completely independent from him now, emotionally and financially. I have celebrated my 60th birthday with my amazing friends and family. I have just been on a cruise holiday with girlfriends. I realise I had to face the heartache and work through that heartache to reach happiness. Thank you Lisa and all of you there at HH. Warmest wishes to you all.

  • They have been incredibly helpful to me, and I wouldn't be in the place I am now without them. I've made some great friends through the sessions too. thanks to all of the coaches. They have all helped me so much in their own unique ways and I am eternally grateful. I think the group sessions are fantastic and I know others take a lot of comfort from them.
